  • Payment, shipping, and store configuration

  • Optional add-on product listing services

  • SEO optimization for product listings and store pages

Payment and Pricing

  • Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without notice

  • The price confirmed at the time of purchase will be honored

  • Full payment is required before work begins

Delivery

  • Shopify and eBay store setup is typically completed within 5–7 business days after all required information is received

  • Product listing and optimization services are typically completed within 3–5 business days after access and required details are provided

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness and the completeness of provided information.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information, images, and store details

  • Supply all required access for store setup and optimization

  • Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays

  • Confirm that you have the rights to all content, images, and materials provided

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs before work has begun

  • Partial refunds may be issued if work has started, based on the amount of work completed

  • No refunds are available once a project has been completed

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or business performance.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for business outcomes, profits, or losses

  • Our responsibility is limited to the services explicitly described at the time of purchase

  • We are not liable for changes, updates, or actions taken by third-party platforms such as Shopify or eBay

  • Platform fees, hosting costs, and third-party charges are the responsibility of the client and are billed directly by the respective providers
