Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: March 25, 2026
This policy applies to all services purchased through SyteStudio, including Shopify store setup, product listing creation and optimization, conversion shorts video services, and the Shopify + Conversion Shorts package. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Full Refund Eligibility A full refund is available only if the order is cancelled before any work has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us through the Contact page on our website. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 5 to 10 business days.
2. No Refunds Once Work Has Begun All sales are final once work has begun on your project. This includes, but is not limited to, initial store configuration, research, planning, scripting, editing, or any other preparatory or production work. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued once work has started, regardless of project completion status.
3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including product details, images, video footage, store access, and any required credentials, in a timely manner. If a client is unresponsive for 7 or more business days after information has been requested, SyteStudio reserves the right to pause the project, extend timelines accordingly, and no refund will be issued for delays caused by missing or incomplete client information.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SyteStudio to resolve the issue directly is a breach of this policy. SyteStudio reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation, including proof of work completed and communication records, and to pursue any amounts owed through appropriate means.
5. Revisions and Scope Each service includes a defined scope of work as outlined at the time of purchase. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately. This policy does not obligate SyteStudio to provide unlimited revisions unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to project start.
6. No Guarantee of Results SyteStudio ensures that all services are delivered as described at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, engagement, store performance, video performance, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, product demand, pricing, customer behavior, and platform algorithms.
7. Third-Party Platforms SyteStudio is not responsible for changes, updates, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Stripe, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, that may affect your store, listings, or video content after delivery. SyteStudio does not control and is not liable for how third-party platforms distribute, rank, or moderate content.
8. Ownership and Delivery Ownership of deliverables (including store configurations, listings, and video content) transfers to the client only upon full payment. SyteStudio retains no ongoing rights to completed work once paid in full, except for the right to use anonymized or generalized examples of completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyteStudio's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. SyteStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
10. Changes to This Policy SyteStudio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
